Delivery Specifications

Submit exactly four files. All export dimensions are Width × Height:
• 1093-A + Return: 2640 × 1380 px (Return left 540 px, A right 2100 px)
• 1093-B + C: 2480 × 3150 px (B left 940 px, C right 1540 px)
• 1093-D: 1840 × 1290 px
• 1093-E: 1280 × 1290 px
Important: Do not export combined files differently (e.g., A/Return or B/C separately). D and E are separate files. Never submit a single full-signage composite.

Digital Requirements

• Format: JPG for still images; MP4 for motion.
• Color mode: RGB.
• Resolution: 72 DPI for still images.
• Video: 30 FPS; duration 10 seconds.
• Exclude all title cards, color bars, slates and pre-roll information from final files.

Design and Safe Areas

• Check continuity across panels using the full-layout template: bottom edges do not align perfectly.
• A faces EAST; A-Return wraps around facing SOUTH. B faces EAST; C faces NORTH.
• There is no visible seam at the A/Return or B/C join, but each is a physical corner. Consider the viewing angle when positioning critical content.
• The B/C corner offers the prime viewing angle, where all five signs A–E are visible, except A-Return.
• B and C slope upward toward a shared peak. Keep copy and critical artwork out of the top-left and top-right corners, which are not visible on the live screens.
• Maintain a safety area of 197 px from the top of B and C. Use the template's non-visible-area mask to check the visible outline. The diagram shows a 300 px incline: 2850 px outer-side height versus 3150 px maximum height.

Layout reference — illustrative, not to scale:
• Relative to the B/C bottom baseline, A/Return sits 38 px higher, D 190 px higher and E 114 px higher.
• D and E differ by 76 px at both the top and bottom edges.
• The diagram labels the rise from the A top to B's outer top as 1432 px, and from D's top to C's outer top as 1370 px.
These offsets describe placement; they are not extra export margins. Keep the exact file dimensions specified above.

PREMIERE PRO — MOTION ARTWORK Download Premiere Pro template
Download the complete package, including the Assets folder, to keep all linked files available.

• “*NY 1093 Template (DO NOT EXPORT)” is the full-signage preview sequence. Use its nested clips to test artwork and check alignment across signs. Do not export this full-layout sequence for submission. Pink lines mark sign boundaries and corners.
• Under “*TO EXPORT”, open “1093-A (FULL)”, “1093-BC (FULL)”, “1093-D” and “1093-E” to place finished artwork or design from scratch. These sequences are built to spec and nested into the full-layout preview. Export these four sequences individually.
• Keep A + Return together in “1093-A (FULL)” and B + C together in “1093-BC (FULL)”.
• The Assets folder holds linked asset files and does not need to be opened or edited.
• Preserve “1093 NON-VISIBLE AREAS”. This layer masks areas hidden on the live screens, including the B/C incline, and includes pink guides for corners and boundaries.
• Hide “Corner (HIDE BEFORE EXPORTING)” before exporting: its pink corner line must not appear in the final file.
• Individual nested sign sequences can be edited if needed, but must not be exported separately when they belong to A + Return or B + C.

• Preserve the “NON-VISIBLE” layer group. It masks areas hidden on the live screens, including the B/C incline.
• Preserve the “SEAMS” group in the master preview. It contains pink guides indicating corners and sign boundaries.
• Open the smart objects under “SIGNS” to insert finished artwork or design from scratch. They are embedded in the full-signage master for checking the overall composition and are built to spec.
• Export the four appropriate smart-object artworks: “1093-A (FULL)”, “1093-BC (FULL)”, “1093-D” and “1093-E”. A + Return and B + C must each remain combined.
• Do not export the complete full-signage master for submission. Check that no guide lines appear in the final artwork.
